    Have a client on MAS90 4.4 running through citrix. After answering yes to print the daily transaction register after updating ap invoices gets ""File XXXXXX not found"" [Info] [End] if they choose end and then select daily transaction register from the menu it works fine. Found zip/nada/nothing on the NEW IMPROVED KNOWLEDGEBASE! (shocking!) and nothing here but I do remember seeing this. Plan to call the client and get more info. But thought I would toss it out here to start with. Thanks all.

    I had this with someone with a 2012 server, I think.

    Weird thing is, nothing has changed as far a the platform everything is running on. I think the only change may be enabling paperless office a while ago.

    'File XXXXXX not found' when printing Journals and Registers to PDF. This may occur if the Sage PDF Converter on the local workstation is not installed or registered correctly. Reinstall the PDF converter.

    I have seen this before at one of my clients after installing Paperless. You have to go into the Sage PDF Converter and add a local Port Called Sage and select it to use that port and not the NULL Port. If it is set to null then it will not allow windows to open adobe to create the pdf. I have attached a few articles that will help with installed the converter as well.

    Thanks all. Been over all the setup issues when we setup paperless in the beginning. It is only happening to one user. His profile on the citrix box must be corrupt.
