    Have a client on MAS200 4.5 that uses the Automatic Logoff for some of their remote users who habitually disconnect their session instead of closing MAS and logging off. They have two Windows terminal servers for remote access. One has windows server 2003 and the automatic logoff works fine. The second one has windows server 2008 and when a user attempts to log in to MAS200 it immediately logs them back out again - as if the time limit has been reached. Any idea what might be causing this?

    It has been a problem for a long time and Sage's response is to disable the auto logoff feature or wait as it will be fixed in 2013.

    Thanks @DebbieBeach - figures the work around from Sage would be to disable it and wait...... how nice.
