Have a client on 4.3. I have added a validation list to so_salesorder_header:fob so they can only select DEST or ORIGIN, it was created for ALL companies and users and there are no other customizations for this screen.
It works perfectly on all but one machine (well that we know of, so far). It does NOT work on one thin client terminal but only when using one MAS user logon. Another user can log on to this terminal and it works as expected, this person can log onto another terminal as his network and MAS user and it works as expected.
Anyone have any ideas as to how a customization can not work on one workstation?
