Have a client I upgraded at end of July from 4.30 to 4.50. They have 20+ companies and not sure if this is happening in any other company (no one else has said anything) but randomly they will be in gl account inquiry and want to drill down on a manual checks (posted in detail) and it comes up with a message 'AP Check Number Required' (see picture attached). There is a check number in AP and I can't duplicate it. If she logs out and back in, it works for awhile but then starts giving her the message again. She has access to most everything so it's not permissions. Frustrating when it's random, kind of like my car making sounds but only when I'm in it!! Thanks Nancy

What product update? I see this in the KB which is similar. Says it is corrected in 4.50.5: https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20MAS%2090%20and%20200/Gated%20Customers/Warr_Svc_Support%20Plan/110-9000549.xml

Make sure that there are no duplicated files in the GLxxx folder, possibly renamed but still has the .m4t extension. This also applies to the MAS90 directory and folders. There should not be other folders under the share point containing MAS90 in the folder name. Example: If there is a backup folder under the share with a MAS90 copy in it the system may be picking up on that. remove any duplicated files or folders. If this is in one company but various users then it may be a damaged or missing embedded io. Run the replacement script.
