    Have a client for whom I have modified the crap out of the SO Entry screen format (moved the address info to the Main tab, etc). Every now and then they will have an issue with trying to change some info on that Main tab and the only resolution is to Reset Panels. Has been happening to 2 users multiple times a day since Christmas. Has anyone had such an issue?

    Did you have to do anything special to move those fields to the Main tab? I think the last time I tried something like that I couldn't get it to work.

    No, surprisingly enough. When they first showed me what they wanted, I didn't think it could be done, but Sage never squawked. It's been working just fine for a year or more.

    They will change a field and either 1) it won't save the change, or 2) it won't even let them change it in the first place.

    I have a similar issue (v2017 adv). Modified IM maintenance screen. On occasion (can't say frequently), user will encounter a field greyed out. Works fine for me when I access it. Seems to be limited to her. She logs off of Sage and then back and the field is ok. She uses laptop WIN 8 to access.
