Have a 4.40 client trying to get into BM Pick Sheet Printing, gets an error 12 before the screen even displays. No info button, just says File does not exist or already exists. No clue what file (or program). Just hoping someone may have seen similar anywhere else...?

I have seen something like this when the program or data file was damaged.

Nope. They're apparently still doing OK.

Can they reboot the server? I've had this issue where there was a file lock at the server. Rebooting cleared the lock.

Not at the moment, but I'll see if reloading doesn't do the trick.

Waiting to see if client has a mod, because she has some programs in her BM folder that are not standard MAS. So I'm guessing this is quickly becoming a non-Sage problem.
