Has there been any discussion about Sage's April 26 email: ""Sage Advisor Dashboard for Partners will be out of service as of June 1, 2016"" .... if I missed it, can someone point me to the right place. If not, is there any concern that Sage is taking down a key partner function before the replacement is ready ????? TIA Jeff

No discussion, but yes curious as to what the game plan is. You'd think that Sage would have discussed this during their partner call to talk about Summit. Personally, I think Sage is in a bit of disarray.

I believe they are only referring to the section where you see the breakdown of customers by product, etc and Sage's perception of opportunities and level of customer engagement. For us its not accurate anyway, because there are customers who are listed as off plan for years but we've notified Sage they moved away, out of business, etc.

I think Sage finally discovered what Melissa explained. IMO, ""a bit of"" is politely understating it's disarray. Consider: - laying off just about all of its institutional memory for legacy product practices from Irvine. - Partnering with salesforce, and then going pretty much silent about Sage CRM. - Today's announcement about partnering with Fairsail to provide HCM options for X3. It just fills me with confidence about Sage HRMS.

No kidding @Jerry. Sage's own products aren't good enough for Sage to use. Great message for the reseller community.
