Has Brian Buck been invoiced? I see that we also have two other people asking for admissions. Do you want to have some type of admission policy or is it ok to admit anyone who signs up? I recommend that they first send a check to Jeff who is now managing all administration and recordkeeping: 600 Oak Ave Waynesboro, VA 22980

I believe Jim W sent him an invoice. For mailing purposes, the address is P.O. Box 1121, Waynesboro, VA 22980. I haven't seen the application lately. Does it spell out the requirements to stay in good standing?

@JimWoodhead the pricing is all in the spreadsheet. @JeffSchwink we need to streamline the request, invoice, payment, socialcast setup process once you get it setup in MAS.

OK, All the invoices are sent and I have given them the correct mailing address as P.O. Box 1121, Waynesboro, VA 22980 Also I dated the contract 3/12/2012 to 10/31/2012 so we didn't prorate the first years fee. (or did we?) I am not sure if this will be an issue although it might be as the year shrinks. Something to discuss anyways.

Uh Oh I was just reading. I guess we might need to rebill them. From our requirement documents: Dues are pro-rated for new members entering during the year. Pay the greater of the membership fee or the pro-rated months remaining. 1 Initial User = First User $500 + $250 per additional (beyond the first 1) 3 Initial Users = First 3 Users $800 + $250 per additional (beyond the first 3) 5 Initial Users = First 5 Users $1,200 + $250 per additional (beyond the first 5) Dues renew annually at the current rate established by the group (presently $250 per person). Any ideas what we should do? Brian @ CS Solutions got billed $250 (1 user) Moira @ Chismet got billed $500 (1 user) Jerry @ SmartBp got billed $800 (3 users)

... change the web site to say no prorate?

That what I say but... I am thinking it is a full year unless under 6 months and there it is 50% discount on membership fees. (first year)

Damn.. hold the presses. just received from Chismet: Thanks for the update one last question, the link I'd reviewed mentioned pro-rated or year membership. It looks like I'll be paying for a full year, a full $500. Here's the quote ""Membership is on a fiscal year - from November 1, to October 31. Dues are pro-rated for new members entering during the year. Pay the greater of the membership fee or the pro-rated months remaining."" Here's the link that Robert Wood sent me: http://community.90minds.com/about/oasis-shared-mas90-support-overview/ Could you find out please if this should be either year or the remaining months rather than the full year? Thanks. Regards, Moira Goggin President/CEO Chismet Consulting Corp. Office: 562-989-8400 Mobile: 562-755-7976 I think I will just rebill him. $333.33 Agreed?

Do the revised invoice for Chismet and update the website so that any new inquiries will not be prorated except for the half a year.

    Will do.

OK all the invoicing is done. My opinion is that we now change it to be not prorated. It is either 1 year or 50 % discount on fees if you sign up after April 30.

Should be good - added the address to mail checks to.

Remember once we cross 150 Socialcast users we must cut a check for $2,500 for the next 100 users. I do not think that user count was pro-rated but Jim probably remembers.

  • 22.  RE: Has Brian Buck been invoiced? I see that we also h

    Posted 03-12-2012 17:48
Yes that is mostly true but actually it is $2500 for the next 50. Originally, I negotiated 150 user for the 100 price but with that said, if we break that barrier (150) it is but to the negotiation table. I look forward to it. :)
