  • 1.  Has anyone worked with ACSG's Property Management? Now owed by Scanco?

    I have a prospect looking for a PM add on, but I've never seen it running anywhere.

    We had one client on it and just asked our consultant and she said they got rid of it as it was pretty cumbersome – maybe too much for them

    I had a client who used it for a while, but also found it cumbersome and are now using a cloud solution.  Brandi Ford  Brandi@scanco.com is the expert in that product.

    I have a customer using it in version 4.3...so that is over 10 years....at the moment we are upgrading into v2019.  My customer got a third party to develop an interfase with a web solution so we are going to try that....Hopefully, things will go smoothly.  They dont want to loose historical data so that is why they are sticking to PM2000.... Brandi Ford is the guru....

    I had a long time customer on PM2000 but they ditched it several years ago for a cloud solution named Oscar.  They are pleased with the results. I recommend PM2000.  It works well if the customer is needing all that it does.
