Sage News and Discussion

Has anyone with a legacy Sage Community account successfully converted to Sage City? I tried it this AM and it seems to get hung up when I go to log back in. Not only that it assigned me a long seemingly random string of numbers and letters as a user name when I opted to change my displayed name in the community. http://www.SageCity.NA.Sage.com

The best I was able to do yesterday was create a new account with a new display name. I have had a lot of dialog with Derek, the Mayor, and he has been very responsive but no cigar. The Sage City apparently has to be an email address and I guess if we could login using the Community recorded Email and the Community password, it was just supposed to work. I thinks I am stuck with a bunch of orphan history. I hope Derrick can shorten your display name, Mr. 58906c306d054ffda2d8d39564ca85970291cd7557f24682b8a48e558d370a82. He couldn't change mine.

Thanks for heads up Wayne. I typed the email address I use for the portal and it said I already had an account. I typed the same password as I use for the portal and it logged me in. Then asked me to change my display name and all went well. thanks,

I had similar positive results as @RonGouveia: Upon entering the e-mail address I was using in the old Community Forums, it just picked up my respective user ID. And My Discussions ""are"" showing on the Your Discussions tab, however it doesn't appear I'm still 'e-mail subscribed' to them. Couple other things I noticed: doing a Search defaults to searching across all Groups, not just My Groups, but can click on the left to filter although a bit of a pain to do that every time. Also, search results appear to default by Most Relevant, not by Most Recent. And having trouble with the Signature setup.
