Has anyone used an Outlook plugin for secure email and if so has it affected the performance of the Sage CRM Outlook plugin?

Is there a link where we can find out more about what this does? It sounds interesting. Or is this a 365 utility?

@JeffSchwenk which one? One of our clients int the health care industry needs to send certain HIPPA related emails via secure email using a plugin like ZixMail. However when that plugin is used the Sage CRM Outlook plugin stops working. They need everything to work together, and I told them to remember it's Sage CRM. Right @PeterWolf ?

OK, so it is NOT a MSFT plug.

@LloydSmith - let me know if they would like to look at Dynamics CRM. I'm sure they would find it more robust regarding secure emails.

@LloydSmith - that is being nice. Sage CRM is a great product but if the customer wants all the bells and whistles, then they might want to migrate to Dynamics CRM.
