Has anyone used ACS Apparel Management? Any feed back on it good or bad? Is ACS support still difficult to reach (recall reading it was taking days before call backs for support were being received). Are there other solutions to review beside ACS?

I have never used it, but I know IIG has ""Apparel Maestro"".

I have a client using the SWK Apparel Matrix. It met their requirements. I was not involved with the implementation. Pretty much, SWK showed them how it worked, and they did all the setups themselves.

Is the customer still using the mod @MadelineStefanou ?

@MoiraGoggin Yes. They purchased within the past 12 months, and really like it. We are quoting an upgrade (they have many moving parts); and the SWK Apparel Matrix is a keeper.
