    Has anyone tried to reprint W2 forms after the user has eFiled? It does not appear with Aatrix you can re-print an employee copy.

    This may be an issue because the user had a crash during forced Aatrix UG and had to reinstall. Second Aatrix problem of the day.

    Yes, just yesterday I tried to help a person reprint the employee's W2 but the W2 History choice was gone. They said they were able to re-print the employee W2 once from W2 History, but the Employer FEIN, Name, Address, etc did not print on the re-print. WTH???

    My customer said they were printing with an overlay -- something like COPY (or similar). The problem is that when you have many employees -- at least one or two of them lose their W2 and want a copy. That's the main reason a lot of people using Sage 100 keep multiple years of history just in case they needed to reprint. I'm holding for Sage so I can put this customer's mind at ease that I've followed every possible avenue.

    After 12 noon ET the Sage support lines get really slow presumably due to west coast coming online

    If you get through to SAGE make sure the reprint screen, if it really exists, allow you to select one employee to reprint and not require you to reprint ALL employee W2s.

    We usually tell them to re-print a federal copy and just use that. If Aatrix printed the forms for the customer you can print off login information that will allow the employee to go to a web site and re-print a copy from there.

    From what I can gather from speaking to Sage - if you don't completely print the W2 forms -- possibly including the instruction sheets - then Aatrix does not think you completed W2 processing. That means to reprint you have to use the ""other options"" and print my employee W2. Still not entirely sold that there's not an issue within Aatrix but FWIW

    Sage's basic recommendation is print everything to a PDF
