We are currently working on our first implementation of Smartlinc with a new Sage 100 customer now. They aren't live yet...but will be soon. So far so good.

We are also looking, it's for a 300 prospect. But nothing live yet.

Wayne, we did the first 300 site. It was used to create the integration that is now available. The team at Smartlinc is great to work with and will take good care of your client. We have the 2nd one going in at this time and look forward to many more.

We were working an earlier adopter implementation. After four months we're rolling over to StarShip. Smartlinc could not handle some of the more complex freight costing rules.

@mike, I am sorry to hear you had trouble. I know they did some updating prior and during our first install. We had loads of technical trouble with our Starship sites. Our largest client asked us to find a replacement. That is how we got on this path. The big difference we saw is Startship updates rates with a installed update. Smartlinc looks up the rates in real time on the vendors (FedEx, UPS, USPS) site. I would be interested to know what rules you had trouble with so we can watch out for them.
