    Here's what my team said: If they are referring to outbound emails through outlook 365, it should be possible through IIS relaying (CDONTS). It will be trickier to setup inbound email filing as Outlook 365 uses SSL. They can try using a third party tool like stunnel to accomplish automatic email filing in CRM
