Has anyone seen this on a 4.3 to 2013 UG with respect to Paperless Email Delivery: Customer moved from 4.30 to 5.0.4.. We are having a problem with Paperless Office email provider. When in Company Maintenance Enter the email credentials. When testing: System Says ""Installing Email Object"" Then returns a message ""Failed to install E-mail Object"" Err: 12

Compare the Common Components folder on the customer's workstation to those on yours. Any working installation of 4.30 should have these files installed into this folder. Copy from your workstation and register if they are missing or run RegCom.Bat to reinstall. Related Articles:

I just upgraded a client from 4.4 to 2013 and the workstations were obtaining this error during paperless emailing. Testing on the server obtained the same error. I had verified all information in company maint was accurate. After a while, for giggles, I deleted the User ID, password and Domain information. Tested emailing successfully. Not sure if this will help you or not.

Thanks Kelly I had a very similar situation on another 2013 upgrade. Looks like this is an area for me to pay closer attention to in the future.
