Sage 100

Has anyone seen this error when attempting to access SO Order entry from CRM ? only seeing the ""Illegal Access Attempt"" and ""User is unable to access entity"" messages. We are able to access Customer Maintenance with no problem. Sage 100 Standard 2013.

We had the same message at one of our clients, we resolved it by simply stopping and restarting the Sage 100 ERP Integration Service and everything came back.

Thanks for the suggestions. It turned out to be setup option issues.
