Has anyone seen this before?? MAS 90 4.4.08. Created a new report setting for the Sales Order Recap report. Ran it many times in the course of tweaking and it previewed/printed normally. Customer then added it into Paperless Office. Now when printed or previewed it gives a first page listing all the report settings/selections made, and then the report. Removing it from Paperless does not get rid of this.

Are you sure that someone didn't save it one more time with the Print Report Settings box checked?
