Has anyone seen any data on the portal regarding tier status? Apparently, I've done NO business with Sage....

Even after clicking on the refresh button? After that it takes as much as 5 minutes sometimes.

Portal?

We checked ours on Monday in a team meeting and it was working then. At least it gave us numbers. I can verify the numbers were accurate but appears close.

Thanks @JohnHoyt - I guess I just need a little more patience....

I'm actually pleasantly surprised with the report. We need to verify it on a regular basis but it beats what we used to have.
