Sage 100

Has anyone seen an issue where period end reports are not being printed, and the message WARNING: Period End Reports have not been printed appears on the period end window? Sage 100 v2014 Standard. Can't find anything on the KB. There is data, and it can be previewed on the reports menu.

Are they set to automatically print to paperless office? If so, my guess would be an issue with the path of the period- end reports.

@John I checked that, and changed the setting from Yes to Prompt. It prompts, but nothing gets created and I get the warning message as indicated. I'm sure I being blind to something obvious, but what?

Check permissions for the path for where the reports are being saved and that the path is still valid for paperless.

Just to rule out the obvious, you would get that message if you didn't check the boxes next to them to print them, right? I haven't printed them during period end in so many years, I can't remember.
