    Has anyone seen an error 278 Program SY_Session.PVC statement:5376 or error 36 SY_Session.PVC statement: 1411 when launching Sage 100 ERP through a Citrix connection? v4.4.0.5

    No - though the Providex error guide says: Operating System Errors Any error message over 255 is a reported operating system error. ProvideX reports OS errors by taking the actual OS error number and adding 256. Use the following requests to determine what these errors are: PRINT MSG(error#) or PRINT MSG(RET) http://manual.pvxplus.com/appendix/list_of_messages.htm

    Thank you. I keep insisting it is a operating system error but not getting anywhere.

    I'm looking through a bunch of Sage reports with Error 278 (sometimes I find that works). In this case there also seems to be an equal number of data issues or just odd things that don't exactly related to an OS error.

    I attached the other error they are getting when trying to access AR Cust Maint. The error 278 was when accessing IM Maintenance and logging into MAS. They have been down all day. Another thing that doesn't add up is I do not get any errors when I connect through my Citrix session and neither does the IT Administrator.

    Does everyone connect to the same Citrix box? There may be multiple boxes that you roll the dice on when connecting. Since the issue seems to be user(?) based, my suspicion is Windows user security or WS based.
