Make backup first:
If the customer would like to continue to participate in the PEP program, rename and manually reinitialize the SY_SagePEPTask.m4t file. This will require everyone to exit the program.
Navigate through Windows Explorer to ..\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\ and rename the SY_SagePEPTask.m4t file (e.g.: SY_SagePEPTask.BAD)
Log back into Sage 100
Go to Library Master, Utilities, Reinitialize Data Entry Files
Click on the Manual button
In the File Name field, enter SY_SAGEPEPTASK.M4T. Click Proceed.
Close the task and continue working. The errors should no longer occur.
