Getting the following during amigrate of 4.4 to 4.5.8

The migration copies all the company files, then during " Now Merging SYS" I get this:
    <Error: 600 in Method INSTALL> at line 48
    then:
Unable to create error.txt log file.

I have had the migration fail when trying to write the log once or twice. Check the rights to the Sage folder to make sure they are blown open. That could prevent the log file from writing. If it looks like a rights issue, just re-run the migration. If you want to avoid re-migrating, you can look for the INSTLOCK.TXT file in MAS90\HOME and rename it. Then try logging in and verifying that all of your companies are showing the correct versions in Company Maintenance. If it all looks good, you could just move forward from there without the migration log.

Had the same thought, I did try reapplying rights and re-running.
INSTLOCK does not exist and no companies exist in newer version.

In what folder is the error.txt file created? I was going to confirm access to that location.

I believe error 0 is a hardware error.  Out of disk space?

Nope, error 0 is busy or locked.  It will be permissions or AV, most likely permissions.  Error 5 would be hardware (almost never see that any more).  Error 2 would be end of file or out of disk space to expand.

    So, what is error 600?

Anyone have access to the code to see what is happening at line 48 in module INSTALL?

@Greg Stiles  According to the attached list of ProvideX error codes, codes greater than 255 are operating system errors... whatever that means.

Hi - an update - we traced the error 0 in method finalize to bad Business Insights Reporter reports in the version being converted.

We ran each one, and deleted any that had errors or would not run.
