Has anyone run across situation where sales orders are randomly deleted? The client has been using MAS90 for years and they created a new company (with new users). the new company users are complaining that they create a sales order and click on Quick print and then go back to re-open the order and it is gone - it is then in the history files as a deleted order. I thought at first user error but one of the long-term users told me today that it happened while he was watching it. It seems to be company specific if it is happening. they are on version 4.4 SP8

We did have a customer not too long ago that had the same problem. I did work on the initial troubleshooting but don't know what the outcome was. I think in their case the order was showing active in history. Seems like I heard something about a printer but I will check tomorrow and see if I can find out.

I recently had this exact problem with a customer on 4.50. It took quite awhile to troubleshoot, but it was due to a printer problem. One of the things the client did was turn off and then turn on the printer which resolved the problem for the time being, but they eventually replaced it as it was a problem on and off. On a side note, the sales order did not save in the open file, as you reported, but it was in the Sales Order History file as ""Active"".

We are both referring to the same customer.

Thank you both for these - I will confirm that the orders were marked as ""deleted"" in the history I may have misunderstood or assumed that part. I'll see if they have issues with a printer.
