Has anyone run across an instance where warehouse 000 did not exist? Customer has multiple warehouses but no 000. I thought you couldn't delete it? This is an ROR we picked up a while ago and they are just now starting to use the IM Physical Count program. When they tried to print the variance register, it gave them an error message stating ""Invalid or missing warehouse code"" and had 000 listed. I ran the Stock Status report by warehouse and they had 13 items with blank warehouses and one under 000 (once I added it back). Just wondering if I am thinking incorrectly that you can't delete it?

I think VERY long ago you could, because I've run into this, as well. If they changed the default warehouse before ever entering an item, I think they could delete that warehouse.
