Has anyone reached the conclusion that the Sage KB is more broken than ever? I find that of the three Sage 100 KB -- the legacy old school one, the archive one and the current one -- only the current one appears to be kept updated. If you search the archive KB by date and look for articles created since the first of the month it comes back blank. Yet when you go to click on the most current Sage KB there's no easy way to filter by product line. At least I have been unsuccessful clicking on the Sage 100 ERP product. The only way I can do it is by going to Advanced then navigating to the product. I'm using the latest version of Chrome.

I also don't like that in the current one, the articles open up in the same tab, unlike the old one. I got very used to the old way.

I like to use the advanced option to search for new articles by date - yet this option now appear gone for some reason. I was still able to insert a date but when I tried to filter by product it took the date away. What a disaster.

Have you tried finding anything on their web site lately? OMG, try finding something on support plans and what is covered under a Silver or Gold plan.
