Yes, we didn't have any trouble. however I did spell out that it isn't supported and isn't recommended, and that upgrading would be safer. granted I have gotten 3.71 to run on a windows 10 computer as well so maybe I'm a bad judge.
Though in my eyes server 2016 is essentially windows 10 (granted it's not the same).
