Has anyone noticed (or is it just my client) not being able to get into the Properties button in Printer Setup on a form for a Windows 7 client? Same form on an XP machine and you can get into the Properties. Issue is that from the Win 7 machine, form is printing duplex. Two Win 7 machines, two different printers, both duplex. Print same form from XP and no duplex.

Yes, it happens on my Win 7 as well. I only get a page setup window.

On Win7 you should have properties and printer properties - use the second one - it should work.

Not from within MAS - can't get to it. Found it listed for version 4.4.0.1 but no fix. They suggest a work around of previewing and then printing. SIGH. How freaking convenient.

I had a case on this a few months ago, and was told by the Sage analyst that it was a crystal DLL issue that would not be addressed (by SAP) in version 11.5.
