Has anyone noted more than 3 years history available in the drop down in Employee Maintenance/Inquiry in 2018 yet? I'm trying to determine if there is an option that is causing this, or if Sage just decided 3 was good enough and there is nothing we can do to change it. (I assume more years will be included moving forward.)

There is a PR option for number of years to retain payroll history. What is it set at?

I think it defaults to 4, but that would be something you could change AFTER the first conversion. There isn't that option (except for ACA) on the older version, and changing the ACA years doesn't appear to make a diff when doing the conversion.

I don't recall how we did it exactly but we have history back to 2010.

Does the history display in the month it was earned or has a lump sum for the year?

Dang it, mine only goes back to 2011 although my retain PR history is set to 20 years for that client. I do have check history (via check history report) going back to 2004. And I just noticed there is no perpetual history report. Anyone know if that was replaced by a different report?

@JeffSchwenk - the Check History report now has all of the same detail that the Perpetual report did
