Has anyone integrated Sage 100 with O365 when Sage 100 is hosted on a cloud server?

    It seems to me that when we put Sage 100 in a hosted environment, we end up having to get add'l MS licenses on that server.  I am fuzzy on this.  Would that impact Office 365 integration if the MS licenses on the server were not the same ones?  Or are they the same ones, but just an extra fee?   I guess the same question exists for the term server scenarios when it's on prem, right?
