It does, but compared to Sage 100 capabilities, they're pretty pedestrian. Also, you generally find that the financial parts of these packages were tacked on after the job control stuff, instead of architected from the get-go.
If the Ops Manager is the dm in these deals, the Global Shop's usually win. If the Controller has veto power, then Sage 100/JobOps is easy to sell.
And int this case, the customer already has Sage 100. They would have to migrate to Global Shop to use the financials.
