  • 1.  Has anyone installed LM_6008T for autocomplete GL & PR?

    v2019, PR 2.18.2

    Followed install instructions, including running syzcon.

    Autocomplete now works for GL, but not for PR (see attachment).  When I enter an employee, I see the list of matching records, select one, and it populates the field with I don't know what.  It then tells me the employee number is greater than 7 characters.

    Anyone else have this experience?

    Perhaps you need to rebuild the index under Library Master > Utilities > Build Search Index #AutoComplete​

    Did that.  This time, it displayed the list of matching entries (this time employee number and name.  When I select one, it populates the field with the employee number, but when I press Enter, it blanks out the field and displays the same message that the employee number is grater than 7 characters.

    I have installed the fix and it brings up the employee number, but I also noticed that if you are not using payroll departments it adds in 00- at the beginning of the employee number so it then fails with the message that it is longer than seven digits.

    Reported it to Sage as a bug.
