*crickets* Apparently not! We have two field service installations and they could definitely use this, but we have not really pushed it. One issue is we need to have it set up on our demo systems and we have not. The other issue is there are too many pieces to deal with - the actual JobOps module, the remote users, the possible ""limited"" Sage users that seem to come and go based on the whim of someone at Sage. It's just not easily packaged to make it worthwhile to pursue.
