    Has anyone implemented the JobOps Technician Dashboard on remote devices? Looking for positive and negative feedback.

    *crickets* Apparently not! We have two field service installations and they could definitely use this, but we have not really pushed it. One issue is we need to have it set up on our demo systems and we have not. The other issue is there are too many pieces to deal with - the actual JobOps module, the remote users, the possible ""limited"" Sage users that seem to come and go based on the whim of someone at Sage. It's just not easily packaged to make it worthwhile to pursue.

    We have not. It has become a ""phase 2"" for a couple customers. We do have an active prospect, and I will comment if it moves forward. It actually demos pretty well, because you can run it on your laptop just like any other JobOps module. The thing it does not do is create an invoice in the field either digitally or print version for the customer to sign. That comes up with most prospects I talk to.

    Thanks @JosephJenders . I've used the desktop version for demos. Thanks for the info on the invoice. I did get in touch with another reseller who has a client successfully and happily using it.
