My comment about ""less than stellar"" was actually being VERY polite. We would also get emails about how behind schedule the project was, and how eBridge didn't understand what they wanted, and then wanted to charge more for things that should have been in the original understanding. Fortunately, we didn't recommend eBridge, the client took it upon themselves. We actually wound up writing some SQL code to ""fix"" something that eBridge did that the customer was furious about. (Okay, so now I've let it all out in a not-so-polite manner. Better?)
