Has anyone helped an MA payroll client setup the new sick pay accrual? It's a little weird - it says 1 hour per 30 hours, BUT it's not a minimum per check. So if they got paid 10 hours this week and 20 next, they would get their hour. Do I just make the accrual rate the 40 hour max (but they don't HAVE to max it, I see) divided by 2080?
