Has anyone heard of editing the registry re: heap space on new MAS 200 servers?

Relates to inability to launch new tasks. Interesting... http://support.sagesoftwareonline.com/mas/query/index.cfm?action=abcdetail&abc_id=210

Today was the first I heard about it - from another partner. It could have resolved issues for at least one other customer but I am going to try it on one having issues with connections currently. He said he was familiiar with it but it is news to me!

Yes SS-3003 definitely resolves a lot of weird hanging issues on big MAS200 systems. It is IMPORTANT!!

@alnoor I think did all the original research on it way back when. It is surprising that it is still issue

I bet I spent two months struggling with a customer last spring. We finally started running it as an application rather than than a service but that can be an a problem with server reboots, etc.

Add the application icon to the start up folder so that it launches automatically when rebooting.

You also have to set up the server to automatically log in to the desktop when rebooting, otherwise it doesn't get to the startup folder stuff.
