Has anyone had to refund a CC pre-payment we received on an A/R customer account? I presume they are asking about a prepayment through AR Cash Receipts

I can't recall if I've ever had to do that, but I'd first try doing a negative Cash Receipt. Otherwise you may just need to issue the credit directly in VT.
