Has anyone had forms/reports print out wacky after upgrading to v2015? I noticed the GL trial balance did something similar after the first page but the customer sent me this check image this morning. For the GL report, I just re-saved the settings under the same name and it was fixed. Not sure about forms.

I had something like that happen in 2014 with checks. It was in the remit to. A rebuild fixed it, but very strange. It only happened with the one client, so I wrote it off as a botched migration file.

It's kind of all over the place. Some checks printed fine while five or six printed like this.

Was any data saved with the report? I seem to recall that would cause issues when running...

I don't think so, it is a check form. The GL TB shouldn't have had anything saved with it either.

I wonder if this is a printer driver issue. Intermittent lose of connectivity with the driver can cause garbling.

I don't think so for the GL TB, the Standard report worked fine. It was the saved version that got garbled. When I re-saved it with the correct settings, all was well. This was their first time printing checks since their upgrade last week.

I agree for the GL TB. I just was remembering how we used to have problems with check printing garbling when we used to print to dot matrix print drivers in the ""old"" days.
