Has anyone had experience with ""webroot"" anti-virus. We have a client whose IT dept wants to change from AVG business version to webroot, and the users are concerned about Sage100 performance, etc. ? any feedback or experience with webroot A/V is greatly appreciated...

We're an MSP and Webroot is what we use at our clients. It's worked pretty well with Sage, though we are fanatical about making sure the exclusions are set correctly.

Yes, definitely have to make the exclusions. I had someone whose On SO and On PO numbers were constantly not being updated - they had to resort all the time - found out they were running Webroot and made the exclusions and have had no issues since.

Good to know @BethBowers - people ask how those figures can get to be inaccurate and now I have one possible reason.
