Has anyone had experience with the total user coun

    Has anyone had experience with the total user count in *INFO reporting one too many people? Example: Customer shows 6 total user in *INFO When I look at mater console it displays 2 total users (in the count box in upper right) The remaining users shows as 3 (as opposed to 6-2=4) When I look in Sage online it shows the customer as licensed for 5 users total (so the math would be correct with 3 remaining and it's just possibly an issue where the total users is bumped by one. Does anyone know is this a result of the CRM user? If so, is there any documentation anywhere that you've seen which explains this? Naturally the customer expectation is that we are the Sage customer service dept and should nail this anomaly down. TIA

    I believe it is the CRM user but cannot recall if I've seen it written anywhere.

    I re-entered the Sage keys and it upped the total users to 7 - with the math still being one shy. It sounds as if that extra user is the CRM user it's very misleading for anyone doing the *INFO because the math doesn't work.

    Now if only Atlas would respond. How the person in charge of that project remains employed at Sage (maybe they aren't) is way beyond me. To not have a simple place to log into to view registration keys and a basic user count is really odd.

    I re-entered the keys as this advised and it bumped the user count by one but there's still the problem that the math doesn't work. If I am in master console == total users = 1 When I do *info the total user is showing 7 with 5 available

    I always assumed one was used by the server instance (for MAS 200)

    Hmm - good point. Had not considered that they are a 200/Advanced. That could be it.

    There has always been an additional user on Advanced/200 for the host. I know this, because we have to account for this when asking for keys for JobOps. With integrated CRM, this increased to +2. If you look at the User Key in your reference library installation, you should see 16 in the third and fourth digits from the right, being hex for 22.

    We recently brought a 1 user MAS 90 client from 3.71 to 2013. The CRM license showed up and it was the first time they could have more than one person in MAS. The new controller was so pleased she bought two more licenses.
