Has anyone had experience helping a client access their Gold Plan Anytime Learning? I haven't even seen the Customer's version of the mighty ATLAS portal or Sage U. The client says she can get on Sage U but all courses seem to ask for payment.

Are you sure the client isn't on the partner portal? .....all courses seem to ask for payment.

She doesn't have a login for the Partner Portal. I would imagine that if you are on the Customer Portal, there would be a link to Sage U like we have and from there she would sign up and have access to whatever their plan gave them rights too. Probably not that simple. I need to get a login for the customer portal. From what I hear from Client, it is not like the Partner version.

@JohnBroadfoot It's not that simple, although Education is supposed to be implementing a new system after the end of January. If it's anything like Atlas, I wouldn't hold my breath. I have always had to notify Education that a client is on the Gold Plan and needs to be set up to start accessing Anytime Learning. It should be, but it's not automatic. It takes about 1-2 days normally. I e-mail training.erp@sage.com the following: Please confirm that the following client is setup and users can start creating accounts for the Anytime Learning under their Gold Plan: End Customer: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. - Account ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx - Phone: xxx-xxx-xxxx
