Has anyone had clients reporting an error when creating a new order re that error that says the User Created field is invalid or blank or whatever it says? Had 2 people in the last week reporting this sporadically.

    Yes, but not recently though.

I, too have seen it a few times but not recently. I believe the resolution is to delete and re-enter, correct?

Seen it a lot. You have to use DFDM to go in and put a value in the field.

Can't DFDM because it's a new order and they can't save it in the first place. So they are canceling and starting over. They've been on the same version for a year now but have a new employee. I guess we'll have to shoot her at dawn. (Not to be confused with shooting her at Dawn.)

    What version are they on?

Sounds like a Set Default Values event script could help.

4.4 something. @DanBurleson - I'll get back to you if the shooting at dawn doesn't help (but it's my favorite solution).

Might a good time to have them upgrade to PU something. My client that was having the issue hasn't reported it since they loaded PU 7.

@JeffSchwenk - They're wanting to go to 4.5 anyway, so I guess we'll try it out.
