    Has anyone had clients report this morning communication failures or slow response times with Sage Exchange / Sage Payment Solutions? Have a user on v2015 reporting that.

    We just had a client report the following problem, but not related to slow response time, but it might be related to communication failures: Sage is being weird with Cards again. Entered Order #347918 Entered new card for order . Ran the card and it authorized, when I tried printing it, it made me attempt to run the card all over again. When I tried, it said duplicate transactions

    Similar issue in v2015 ADV using APS earlier this year. @PhilipWhirley worked very diligently with client to resolve. He must have because I haven't gotten any calls about the ongoing dropped information.
