Has anyone had any experience with Karen O'Callaghan? Apparantely she is my new Regional Account Manager ""moving forward"". Did they steal that from Obama?

Moving forward and reach out to you are part the new corporate speak that just grates on my ears.

Or Chrystina Aros-Portillo? She is my new Regional Account Manager (Inside Partner Advocate). Hmm, IPA - like India Pale Ale??

I must be lower on the reaching out totem pole. Or else everything went to spam!

Karen was my rep for a while - she was pretty good and easy to work with. Naturally it didn't last very long (maybe 6 months). This was probably 3 years ago.

@haroldwestover - Karen is pretty damn awesome. I've never had her as a rep but I've had a chance to meet her at Summit (plus she went to Fiona Apple with me in Irvine). She is very interested in helping partners make more money and if you reach out to her, I think you will see she is full of some good ideas. @ThereseLogeais - I'm in the same boat. I'm reserving my comments but I will say that we should lower expectations.

I'm not sure how much lower my expectations can go @PeterWolf.

@haroldwestover - Karen was my rep for close to 3 years and maybe the best I ever had. She was very responsive, and maybe most important, when she couldn't help she would tell me right away rather than wasting my time. They tried to take her away and I threw a fit and got her back.

Just got a call from a Jeff Scott (survivor from the FAS side) who is my new field contact. I think this is the first time I will have somebody that is close by. A little scary........... He informed me that Karen will also be working with me as my RAM.
