Has anyone had a successful SWK POS upgrade? Also, has anyone had any recent experience and/or a successful implementation of Fusion POS? We have some very frustrated clients stuck on unsupported versions because we are not comfortable with upgrading their HT/SWK POS system. Unfortunately, some of our clients require/insist on a tight, real time integration with Sage 100 Inventory and the only product we have found is the SWK product.

Hi Pam - In addition to working hard on our POS solution over the past many months (just FYI, P2 is about to be put forth in a controlled release for v5.0, followed thereafter by a general release), we also work very closely with the folks at Point Solutions, Inc., the publisher of Fusion RMS. We've been working on an SWK POS upgrade for 9 months now. Still several open items for things being fixed. A new release has been coming out monthly. Hopefully we're close.

FWIW, I am about to have a client test the latest release (1/10/14). I am told that is should be good to go. I will report back as we test.

I'm waiting for the payment report that prints with the daily closing which is now blank. Peggy says she's close to posting the fix for this.
