Has anyone had a problem with Aatrix updating properly on 32 bit operating systems? I have a client who is trying to update their Aatrix for forms, etc and it seems to perform the MS Visual C++ installs but really doesn't. If you check the Control Panel->Programs only the 32 bit updates (x86) are installed because it is a 32 bit operating system. Same install on 64 bit systems do not encounter this problem.

I had one fail last week, not sure if 32 or 64 bit, but it wouldn't install through Aatrix, IT got it installed but Aatrix still won't recognize it.

I was able to install the x86 libraries manually but each time we launch Aatrix it still tries to do the update and won't go any further.

Try starting Mas90 style then choosing Form 1099 Tax Reporting.

Also install the update outside of Aatrix from the www.aatrix.com\sage100 there is a quarterly download on that page.
