Has anyone had a problem registering for MySageSell ? This is what they sent me and have denied me for the 3rd time. ""Your request for access was denied. We cannot grant you access with a public email address. You must use an email address corresponding to a valid partner or sage url."" Now this is crazy!!! I am using the same email that I use on the partner portal!!! So I can get XXX email from them to sell but can't get on the web site.

Was that their email response??

As I recall on the sign-up page for mysagesell it asks for your partner number - it would seem that it would validate using that and not just the domain for the email. @DianeRuth why don't you post this in LI Sage Partners Employee Alumni and see if we can ratchet up the pressure to get it addressed.

@ThereseLogeais yes - can you believe it! @MoiraGoggin I put the partner #,email on record,address on record, phone on record and sent copy of my birth certificate LOL. My sales rep is working on how to get around it -that is what he said :). So do we really think they want us to have the tool to sell the software??????? How many hours a day do we need to spend on Sage crap!!!!! So tired of this.

What cracks me up is how they think they can take implementation/upgrades direct when they can't even get their own implementations right.
