    I have a customer with a significant transaction increase and Avalara suggested they call their Sage consultant because usually, it's the connector/sage consultant causing the problem..

    This customer also had the Avalara Extractor installed about 2 months ago and is suspicious that is what may be causing some of the volumes. They are not sure why Avalara suggested the Extractor and were under the impression that the Extractor records were of no cost.

    Has anyone found an effective way to audit the transactions vs the numbers that Avalara bills for? 
    We are trying to download the transaction list but am not sure if there's a better way

    x-reference to an earlier post in June 2021 which discussed this same topic. There is a video included in the post which attempts to explain how Avalara computes the fee ( It does not appear to be as simple as counting the number of committed/posted invoices )
