Sage 100

Has anyone had a customer on Sage 100cloud cancel or not pay and get a warning message that the system will shut down or go into read-only. I know this is working on payroll but can't recall seeing anyone on the core Sage 100cloud report if the kill switch is active.

I think at the very least I had one restricted to a single user.

They've never turned off any of mine, no matter how late they got on their renewal. I saw the warning that they're going to get hit with late fees if they can't update payment info fast enough.

Now that I think of it, the issue on that client was they wanted to keep access and reduced their users. So in looking back they were probably better just to stop paying their maintenance.
