Has anyone got an extension or a route to the right person to update the product key to activate the MAS CC module when a client signs up with SPS?

Usually it is however your account manager is. They have to have some information from SPS before giving you the activation key. You may even have to order the module at NC through your rep.

Thanks, you are absolutely correct. I actually got to her by accident, sent her the welcome pack from SPS and in a mere 24 hours, someone will have clicked something and the new product key will be emailed to us. I can't beleive I thought this would be a product registration issue.

I had issues with our sales rep from SPS, so I have his bosses name and cell phone number :) I would be happy to share if needed.
